South Bank Studios Artists are partnering with Southlands Methodist church, where they are based to offer a regular Saturday morning cafe, with gallery, and art and crafts for purchase. The exhibition and artists showing will rotate regularly, so pop in each week to see what is one show.

Launched on the 10th of January 2019 – the newest affordable, inclusive cafe, opening for all of us, to help reduce food waste and put edible food on your plate ! Also loads of fresh produce will be available on a weekly basis.
The cafe uses food donated from local stores and businesses, that would otherwise be discarded, and it is used to create a ‘Pay-as-you-can’ lunch (actually we have choices of Brunch, and then from Midday, a choice of three course meals) each Thursday 10:30-2:00pm. Alongside Fair Trade Tea and Coffee, Southland’s Methodist will also be offering barista coffees, which will also help support the running costs of the project.
