£18.30 per hr.  9m x 8m with plastic chairs. Accommodates 40-50 people in theatre configuration, or 30-40 around tables.

Room 3 is a perfect venue for a small group.  Again, with parquet wood flooring, tables and chairs on request, and large windows, it is a light room, but with curtains, if lower light levels are required. The room has WiFi and a portable projector and screen can be made available.

This room is very flexible and we have a host of tables and chairs for different configurations. The floor is hard-wearing parquet.
